The owner of the web domain driverstrade.si is the company Prah izobraževalni center, izobraževanje in usposabljanje, d. o. o. The user and the subscriber are not allowed to use the name driverstrade.si in any form for any reason except if the application is allowed with these use rules or in the case of current legislation.
The content of the portal driverstrade.si and the parts of the text, graphic designs, and pictures of logotypes, buttons, multimedia presentations, programming equipment and source code are either the company’s possession or the possession of the subscriber and they are under copyright law, respectively as a database.
The portal contents are allowed to use only for personal purposes. The different manner of use is not allowed except it is allowed by these rules of business performance or current legislation. The sale or upgrading of the portal, imitation and performing the activity, which could harm the reputation, action and/or the portal application and/or the performer, are prohibited.
Theft and copying of the database is prohibited entirely or partially, as well as the use of the automatic enquiries or other robots which gain the data from the portal automatically or interfere or communicate with the portal automatically in any other way, except for the web browsers (universal search engines, browser which look for and advertise the links to all websites from a particular geographical area and which are not mentioned considering the content, branch, type of the files or other characteristics), or alternatively, the agreement with the formers is other. A prior agreement with the performer is needed for any commercial use of the portal.
The performer allows viewing and use of the contents on the portal to the subscribers and the users, wherein they must not violate the copyright of the contents. Without a prior written approval of the company, the author or the authorized person, the contents are not allowed to copy, multiply, newly advertise, change, download, print or broadcast, except for the personal use and the use permitted by the portal’s individual services.
The author of the contents and the performer endeavour for the portal contents to be correct, exact, prompt and useful, but they are not responsible for their exactness, accuracy, completeness and currency. The authors and the performer are not responsible for the possible harmful consequences of the portal contents’ use.
The performer strives the contents and the services of the portal to be available for use the whole year, 24 hours a day, except when there are technical issues to be solved. The performer reserves the right the activity of the portal to be terminated any time, for whatever reason and for any period of time without a prior notification if he thinks it is necessary. In case of longer period of interruption because of the technical problems and maintenances (more the 12 consecutive hours) the performer commits himself to notify the subscribers via the portal three days before the start of work, if possible.
The time of data registration into the web forms is limited to 30 minutes for safety reasons. After 30 minutes the session is closed automatically. The performer appeals the users and the subscribers to store the entered data more frequently in order not to lose them.
The user and/or the subscriber of the services permit explicitly that the performer collects and processes the data to provide the portal’s services in accordance with the Statement about the protection of personal data which is an integral part of these business performance terms.
On an occasional basis and in accordance with the law, the performer sends to the users’ and subscribers’ e-mails periodic notifications about novelties, services and products related to a job or employment seeking which represent useful and interesting content to the users and subscribers. Every sent notification includes the possibility of cancellation of receiving such notifications. The portal provides to the users and subscribers an ongoing right of access to the file, completion, correction, blocking and deletion of personal data referring to them.
The personal data of the portal users (insofar they are not hidden) can be used only by the authorized persons of the company and the registered subscribers of the portal. The users determine the boundary of visibility of their personal data by themselves. The hidden data are not visible to the subscribers until the user reveals them by him-/herself. If the user is anonymous, the subscriber can only see the part of his curriculum vitae which reveals the particular user’s knowledge and skills and former employments. In this case, the subscriber does not see the user’s personal data but he can contact the user through the electronic form on the Driver’s Trade portal.
The users, who enter and activate their curriculum vitae on the Driver’s Trade portal, should leave out those data which they would not like to be visible to the subscribers of the portal (employers), respectively the user should determine those data to be hidden. The performer is not responsible for any harm which could possibly emerge if the user does not leave those data out of his/her curriculum vitae or if it is possible to recognize the user on the basis of his CV in spite of hiding his personal data. The user is not permitted to attach his identity documents to his curriculum vitae.
The performer commits himself to save all the names and passwords as a professional secrecy. Those data are handled by the authorized persons of the performer. The performer reserves the right to block the password in case of a suspicion of its abuse or violation of general conditions of the terms by the user or the subscriber who are the owners of the password.
The passwords are intended for use to the person to whom the password was issued.
The user and/or the subscriber, who registers on the portal and received the password, is obliged to use it and take care of it with due diligence. The password contractor commits him-/herself to protect his or her password in accordance with law and the Act of Personal Information Protection. He/she also commits not to interfere into privacy of the users of the portal illegally. Unlawful interference with privacy is regarded the communication with the candidates which is not related to the stuffing directly. The password must not be disclosed to a person outside of the company which the receiver of the password represents or to a person in the company who is not related to a selection process of the candidates directly. The registered users and subscribers are responsible for the acts which were done with their user’s names and passwords.
Our duty is to protect your privacy. We handle every information, which was forwarded to us, with upmost care and security. We are obliged by the Act of Personal Information Protection. It determines the rights, obligations, principles and measures which prevents unconstitutional, illegal and unjustified interference with privacy and dignity of an individual at the processing of personal data. We consider the legislative provisions as follows:
The user can review the contents free of charge in without registration, but he/she has to be registered in order to use all functionalities of the portal and to publish any content.
The users of the portal commit that all the data filled in on the portal (above all the contact data, education, work experiences etc.) are accurate. The users are responsible for the data credibility. The users are not allowed to publish the contact data of the third person without prior consent of the third person. It is strictly forbidden to specify made-up data or impersonate another individual or fill in the data of the third party without his/her consent.
The curriculum vitae, which is published on the portal by the user, has to be in Slovenian language and has to include genuine data. The user, who publishes his CV and chooses it to be visible to the subscribers, gives a permission and a request for publication of his contents on the portal. Only the biographies, which are activated, are visible.
The user of the portal commits not to abuse his/her employment publication for his/her commercial purposes or sending other notifications which are not related to the published job advertisement. If the performer establishes or receives a complaint by a subscriber that the portal is abused by sending irrelevant notifications by the user, the user will be warned. If the user continues the violation, the access will be blocked.
The performer is not responsible for inaccurate data of job seekers. The performer reserves the right to block the access of the user and to erase him/her from the portal Driver’s Trade if he establishes or suspects that the user filled in inaccurate data or violated these terms of use.
The user commits that he/she will not try to undertake these actions and he is strictly forbidden to undertake these actions, as follows:
The user is damage and penalty liable for any violation of these application terms.
The commercial relationship for all services’ application (except payable services) is established by the subscriber’s entry into the system (the subscriber logs in electronically and receives an electronic note about his/her accession into the system).
The commercial relationship for the payable services is established by the service’s price confirmation.
The contents which are published on the portal by the subscriber are not allowed to violate the current Law on advertising and/or must not be in opposition to the current Slovenian advertising code. The content is related to the advertisement text, used graphical elements, logotypes etc. The content has to be written in Slovenian language and it has to be true and correct. It is prohibited to be illegal, misleading, harmful, questionable, morally inconvenient or assaulting. The subscriber commits not to publish advertisements which could hurt human dignity, encourage racial, gender and nationality discrimination and religious or political intolerance and activities which are harmful to health and safety of people and protection of environment or cultural heritage and harm the interests of the portal users. The content is not permitted to violate the rights of intellectual ownership and must not represent disrespectful behaviour against the other portal users. Above all, the subscriber is not permitted to advertise unofficial work.
The subscriber’s presentation of his/her company, logotype, advertisements and other contents is done independently through the portal or it is published by the authorised co-workers of the company.
The subscriber assumes responsibility to consider the 21st Article (The time limit for personal data storage) of the Act of Personal Information Protection in relation to candidates’ application to the opening job published by the subscriber.
The subscriber commits to settle the invoice in the time limit determined on the invoice. The leased out advertisements are to be published within 12 months from the date of purchase or it depends on how it was arranged with the performer. The subscriber’s duty is to save all the passwords which he received for the portal use and he is prohibited to forward them to any unauthorised persons or misuse them in any way. The subscriber commits not to forward any contents or data of the portal Driver’s Trade to any unauthorised person of the company Prah izobraževalni center, izobraževanje in usposabljanje, d. o. o.
The performer reserves the right, but not the responsibility, to refuse or withdraw the whole content or a part of it or a CV, especially when the violation (of the current Act on advertising and/or the advertisement is in opposition to the current Slovenian advertising code) occurs or these terms are violated.
The performer can delete all advertisements published by the subscriber who violated the terms of use and not just the advertisements which violated these terms. In the stated case, the performer is not obliged to return the cost of the advertisement or to inform or ask the subscriber for permission.
The prices are published in the current price list on the portal. The performer issues an invoice to the subscriber for the number of advertisements or a package of services as agreed with the performer. The invoice is issued to the subscriber in advance. The performer reserves the right to block the subscriber’s password if he does not pay the invoice in the time limit determined on the invoice or/and he violates the general terms of use (especially in accordance with advertisements’ publications).

If the content is in opposition to these business terms or current legislation, anyone can inform the company Prah izobraževalni center, izobraževanje in usposabljanje, d. o. o., via email: info@prah.si about it. The company will take measures adequately and delete the questionable contents if necessary.
In accordance with this, the performer reserves the right to deletion of any contents if he believes that the content as a whole or a part of it does not correspond these use terms or it violates or could represent a violation of current legislation or rights of the third parties. The performer reserves the right to delete the user or subscriber for this reason and to disable his future access and use of the portal as well. In addition, the performer reserves the right to prevent and withdraw the subscriber’s content in case the subscriber does not meet the costs of this or any other published content on the portal. If the user was deleted according to these use terms, he does not have the right to demand a return of the sum he paid for the service.
Different types of cookies are used on the website Driver’s Trade. There could be some (or all of the listed) cookies, described on this link, saved in your browser. The cookies are visible and you can manage them in your browser. This might not be possible in your mobile browsers.
In case of a dispute in relation to the use of the portal Driver’s Trade which is not possible to solve consensually, The Court of Justice in Celje is in charge for legal dispute solving.
The performer reserves the right to change these terms of use if he believes it is necessary. The changed terms are valid from the date of their publication on the website. After the publication, the changed terms are considered accepted at the first entry on the Driver’s Trade portal by the users and subscribers.
