Portal Driver's Trade is a web place, where the drivers who look for a job and the transport companies who look for the drivers, meet. The owner and the manager of the portal Driver’s Trade is the company Prah izobraževalni center, izobraževanje in usposabljanje, d.o.o., Kidričeva 28, 3250 Rogaška Slatina.

The performer is related to the company Prah izobraževalni center, izobraževanje in usposabljanje, d. o. o.

The user is related to the job seeker, which can be anyone, who wants to find a job or an employment. The concept of the user is related to both: registered and non-registered users of the portal.

The subscriber is related to the company, organisation or any other legal or physical person, who offers a job or an employment and is the subscriber of the company Prah izobraževalni center, izobraževanje in usposabljanje, d. o. o. services.

The service is related to all the services offered by the portal Driver’s Trade. These include:

• Publication of opening jobs for drivers on the portal Driver’s Trade.
• Searching for jobs for the drivers in the database.
• Advertising on the portal Driver’s Trade.

The business performance terms determine the use characteristics of the portal Driver’s Trade. They define the terms and characteristics of the subscription-contractual relation between the subscriber and the performer. The portal Driver’s Trade offers a space to meet and advertise in accordance with the price list and the orders. The performer does not provide the activity of provision of workers to another user. The content publication on the portal is intended for the users – job and employment seekers, free of charge. On the other hand, the advertisement publication and other services for the subscribers are charged in accordance with the Driver’s Trade price list valid on the day of the order. 

The business performance terms are valid until the withdrawal or the issue of the new ones. The new terms of the business performance are valid as soon as they are published on the portal Driver’s Trade and they substitute the old ones.
